People who meet me now know me as the guy who builds AI systems. People who knew me a few years ago know me as the guy who stood in front of a room and explained technology until it finally clicked. This is the short version of how one became the other.
I’m Damon Scaife, and for over a decade I worked at Apple — most recently as a Training Lead. My whole job was taking something complicated and making it simple enough that a room full of people, at every skill level, walked out actually able to use it. Over my career I trained more than 100,000 people, and I regularly presented to live audiences of up to a thousand. Near the end of that run, the thing I was teaching started to change fast: prompt engineering, LLM-powered workflows, generative AI. I was one of the earliest people putting those tools in front of real business owners before there was a formal playbook for any of it.
That’s when it clicked for me personally. The gap I’d spent a decade closing — between what technology could do and what people actually did with it — was about to get enormous, and AI automation was the bridge.
So I started AI with Damon. Since then I’ve automated 100+ businesses across real estate, ecommerce, coaching, and professional services — building the systems, not just advising on them. Lead pipelines that enrich and score prospects and write them straight to a CRM. AI voice agents you can call and talk to. Email funnels that qualify inbound leads with zero manual screening. The common thread: my clients get back around 20 hours a week, usually within 30 days.
Here’s the part I care about most: I ship production systems, not slide decks. If you want proof rather than promises, I built two things in public that show what’s possible when AI is used seriously:
- Z Tales — a consumer app I built and launched solo, end to end (story generation, illustrations, narration, payments, automated marketing), with real paying subscribers within days.
- FreeFowl — a free browser gaming platform I built entirely with AI, including a real-time multiplayer game and two single-player titles.
Same person, same approach: take something hard, make it work, make it simple.
If your team is spending its days on work a system should be doing, that’s exactly what I fix. The best place to start is a short, free discovery call — you walk me through your business, and I’ll tell you honestly where AI can eliminate waste and where it can’t.
You can also find me on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X.
A quick note on the name: plenty of people find me by searching “Damon AI” — or “Damion AI,” with an i that isn’t actually there. Either way you’ve got the right person. If you’d rather see everything in one place — the free AI tools, the custom systems, and the training — start at Damon AI.
