I’m Damon Scaife — I build AI systems that give businesses their time back.

I’m an AI automation expert and agent engineer based in Las Vegas, and the founder of AI with Damon (Smart Chain LLC). I ship production AI systems — not slide decks and not proofs-of-concept that break the following week. To date I’ve automated 100+ businesses across real estate, ecommerce, coaching, and professional services, and the average client gets back 20+ hours a week within 30 days of going live.

From the world’s biggest tech stage to your business

Before this, I spent 11 years at Apple — most recently as a Training Lead, where I designed and delivered AI enablement programs: prompt-engineering workshops, LLM workflow integrations, and generative-AI adoption curricula for audiences of every skill level. Across my career I’ve trained over 100,000 people and presented to live rooms of up to a thousand. I was also one of the earliest in-store practitioners putting generative AI in front of business owners before formal programs existed.

That’s the rare combination I bring: I can architect and build the system and run the discovery call, demo it live, and get a skeptical, non-technical team to actually adopt it.

What I actually build

I work hands-on in Claude Code with MCP, Python, and Next.js, wiring AI into the tools businesses already run — Make.com, Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, Supabase, Stripe — and deploying to Vercel, Railway, and Fly.io. A few real systems:

• ZTales — a consumer AI SaaS I built and launched with real paying subscribers within days. It generates a personalized, illustrated, narrated bedtime story from a child’s name and age in seconds. Full stack, solo. See the case study.
• FreeFowl Arcade (freefowl.com) — a free browser-based gaming platform I built entirely with AI, for desktop and mobile with no downloads. Three games so far, including a real-time 4-team online multiplayer battle and two singleplayer titles.
• AI Lead Intelligence + Voice Agent — an agentic pipeline that enriches and scores inbound leads and writes them straight to a CRM, paired with a conversational AI voice agent. You can call it live at (702) 710-8817 and talk to a working system.
• BetWithAJ.com lead system — a multi-step email qualification funnel for a client processing $250K/month in revenue, with zero manual screening.
• Reddit→YouTube autonomous pipeline — an end-to-end Python system that turns a viral post into a published, voiced, edited video with no manual steps.
