These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of aiwithdamon.com and the tools, content, products, and services offered on it by AI with Damon (“we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide educational content, free browser-based tools (such as call sheet, shot list, release form, and invoice generators), paid digital products (such as the AI/D Tools Pro unlock), and professional AI consulting and automation services. Consulting engagements are governed by their own separate agreements; these Terms cover the website, tools, and digital products.
Free tools — as-is, no warranty
Our free tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Documents they generate — including call sheets, shot lists, invoices, and release forms — are general-purpose templates. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything a tool produces before relying on it, and for having important documents (especially release forms and contracts) reviewed by a qualified professional for your situation. Tool data is stored in your own browser; we cannot recover it if it’s lost.
AI/D Tools Pro
The Pro unlock is a one-time purchase that removes the footer credit from documents generated by our tools. It activates per browser through your personal activation link, which is delivered on-screen after purchase and by email. It is licensed for your personal or business use and may not be resold or publicly shared. If Pro doesn’t work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or tools — including attempting to disrupt them, scrape them at abusive volume, use them for unlawful purposes, or misrepresent documents they generate as issued or endorsed by us.
Intellectual property
The site, tools, and our content belong to AI with Damon. The documents you create with the tools — and the information you put into them — are yours.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI with Damon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, tools, or digital products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law, changes, and contact
