This Privacy Policy describes how AI with Damon (“we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you visit aiwithdamon.com, use our free browser tools, subscribe to our emails, or purchase our products and services.
Information you provide
We collect information you choose to give us: your email address when you subscribe to updates, your name and email when you contact us or book a call, and your email and payment details when you make a purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Your data in our free tools
Our browser tools (call sheets, shot lists, release forms, invoices, and similar) run entirely in your browser. Everything you type into a tool is stored in your own browser’s local storage and is never uploaded to our servers. We cannot see, access, or recover it. Clearing your browser data deletes it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics (provided by WordPress.com / Jetpack) that collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site. This helps us understand what content is useful. Our site also uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, deliver purchases (for example, sending your Tools Pro activation link), send emails you’ve asked for, respond to your messages, and understand how our site is used. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share data only with the service providers needed to run this site: WordPress.com / Automattic (hosting and analytics), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery and our subscriber list), and Supabase (form processing infrastructure). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
If you join our email list, we’ll email you about new tools and updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate. Transactional emails (like purchase confirmations) are sent as part of delivering what you bought.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we’ll handle it promptly.
Children
Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
